How We Help When You Need to Claim

When you need to make a claim, you should not have to deal with the insurer on your own. We help you through the claims process from your first phone call to the insurer’s final decision, and we don’t charge you for it.

  • Talk to us first. Call Greg and we will go through what your policy covers and what the insurer is likely to ask for.
  • Lodge your claim. We help you complete the claim forms and gather the supporting documents, such as medical reports and income details.
  • Follow up with the insurer. We stay in contact with the insurer on your behalf and keep you updated along the way.
  • Understand the outcome. We explain the insurer’s decision and talk you through your options.
